An intimate gathering of black women designed to nurture your heart, renew your mind, and recharge your soul.
As a leader, change-maker, or founder, you're used to carrying the weight of others—guiding, building, and pouring out. But where do you go to pause, process, and be poured into?
The Black Women Resting Group is a soul nourishing space designed for change-makers, founders or women in transition, who are desiring rest for their bodies and their souls.
Over five months, we’ll journey together through
Pre-Recorded Videos - Discussion around video content that feels like honest and unhurried conversations.
Slowed-Down Gathering – We embrace a rhythm of rest and reflection, unlearning hustle and rediscovering rest.
Supper Club – A Pan-African-inspired dinner for NYC/NJ participants, gathering in person meal.
Opening Retreat - Welcoming participants and building community with like-minded women.
The Rest Guide - Five part workbook to help participants name their needs, grow in faith, and begin building rest rhythms.
If you're longing for a season of intentional care, healing, and reconnection with God, this is for you. No pre-work just show up!

The content is based on Matthew 11:28 where Jesus says
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
