Camp Wellness
An Uplifting and Intentional Retreat for Women to just “be.”
May 1st - 2nd, 2026 | NYC
Camp Wellness is about reconnecting with who you are—beyond the titles, roles, and responsibilities.
Life moves fast. It’s easy to lose yourself in the hustle. We invite you to slow down, embrace stillness, and nurture yourself in a life-giving community.
Cancel the plans, clear your schedule—do what it takes to pause with us at Camp Wellness.
Set in a spacious location with floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is bathed in natural light—open, uplifting, and intentionally designed for rest. Black women gather here for meaningful conversations, family-style meals, and genuine connection, guided by a schedule that is unhurried by design. This is an experience, not just a retreat.
Chef Crafted Meals: Savor delicious and healthy bites to fuel your day.
Impactful Messages: Authentic words of faith to lift your eyes towards Jesus.
Group Fitness Classes: Move your body with gentle stretches and joy filled cardio.
Authentic Sisterhood: Conversation and community that connects you deeply.

The retreat is based on the Christian faith. Through this space, we are intentional about developing all parts of women, and see it as a stewardship of our faith. Whether you haven’t been in church for a while, feel disconnected from God, figuring it all out or desiring to make a better mind, body and Spirit connection, this is for you! Our one ask is that we are respectful of each person’s faith journey.
